At Heritage Home Press, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Because of the nature of our products, our policy differs for digital downloads and print-on-demand items.

Digital Downloads

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any issues accessing, downloading, or opening your files, please contact us at [your email address], and we will be happy to assist you.

Print Books & Physical Products

Our printed books are manufactured and shipped through trusted print-on-demand partners.

Because each book is printed specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, accidental purchases, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.

However, if your item arrives:

• Damaged
• Defective
• Misprinted
• Missing pages
• Incorrectly manufactured

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with our printing partner to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
